Research
This project is now end due to Ph.D. graduation of the developer. Please find information regarding our developed configurations, frameworks and interactive applications in the below pages or in our published works.
Hardware configuration
Based on a projector-camera paired system (i.e. pro-cam), many hardware configurations are investigated. The goal is to achieve a portable projection device that is self-contained, portable and geometrically independent to any working environment. Apart from the camera, other sensing devices and optic devices are also included here.
Developed system
We have built many systems to demonstrate the ipProjector's concept in both hardware and software aspects. Our goal is to develop a concrete software framework (corresponding to our hardware configuration) and then create a robust HCI application.
